24v 5A Charge Compensators
For vehicles with 24V operating voltage.
The voltage transformer detects the voltages of the two 12V batteries.
The voltage transformer produces an equalising current if the battery on the earth side supplies less voltage. Operation of the device is indicated by a
light emitting diode.
Thus, 12V consumers can be connected to the battery on the earth side.
The capacity of the voltage transformer depends on the average power drawn by all of the 12V consumers.
If a conventional voltage transformer is used, the device's capacity is to correspond to the maximum power drawn by all of the 12V consumers.
Therefore, simply add up the average power consumption of all 12V consumers.
The device is connected via 3 leads:
one lead connects to 24V, the second to earth and the third to the entre cap between the batteries.
