- the delivery address of your goods (your region)
- the delivery service you choose (such as on a specific day, within a 3 working day range, pre noon delivery etc), and

Courier and Charges
International deliveries are made by TNT
All deliveries will need to be signed for on receipt. If no one is available to take receipt, a card will be left explaining where the item is and what to do next.
Delivery to:
Europe (excl. Ireland) Standard Carriage plus an additional £25 surcharge 3-8 Days
USA Standard Carriage plus an additional £65 surcharge 5-10 Days
Please note that products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation.
Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. Dun-Bri cannot offer any assistance in these processes.
To help ensure that customs duties are not payable for deliveries outside the EU, is it advisable to keep your total basket value below the customs duty threshold of the destination country. Please check thresholds and duties before placing an order.
Please note that delivery may be delayed if the international postcode/zip code is entered incorrectly or if duties, taxes or formal customs entry processes apply.

If your item hasn't arrived 30 days after ordering, please contact us.
Payment & VAT
The purchase on our website will be made in pounds Sterling. Your credit card provider or bank will determine the exchange rate. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
We cannot refund VAT on goods purchased from outside the European Union.
Delivery Addresses
For international deliveries our system will not check the address you enter, so it is important that you enter international delivery addresses carefully. If the postcode/zip code or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may result.
